copper scale, alunilium skimmings, titanium, etc), powder metal scrap (iron powder, aluminite powder, copper

powder, etc), smelting additives, sponge iron, etc, into high density cylindrical cake ( weight 2-8 kg), the whole

process no need to add any adhesive. The cake density can over 5T/M³ (different raw material with different

cake density and weight), the compressed cake can be cast to furnace for using directly. 

Structural features:

1. The machine frame part adopts integral cast steel, avoid the cracking of steel weldments, improve the stability

and service life of the equipment.

2. Adopts advanced hydraulic drive technology and combination valve, using high quality wear-resistant oil seal,
